MEET COREY!

Corey swallowed pencil lead when they were 3 years old. This toxic lead, combined with media such as Courage the Cowardly Dog, Coraline, and Crashbox created the perfect storm of Brain Chemicals that lead Corey to create animations.

Corey has been making cartoons since they were 10 years old and has independently created several animated short films as well as their animated pilot "Please Stay Tuned." Enjoying the "strange and unusual" side of animation, Corey learned 2D, 3D, and Stop Motion animation to create their signature mixed media animation style. 

 

Corey studied at the Savannah College of Art and Design and graduated in 2024 with a BFA in animation. It was here they directed their first big short film "Pretty Kitty"!

Currently they are working as freelance "Animator For Hire" on a variety of projects.

When they are not in their basement puppeteering cartoon characters, they have been sighted playing video games, Dungeons and Dragons, or dusting their rubber duck collection.
